MJM Racing is very excited to be offering limited lease opportunities in this outstanding 2yo filly by Nicconi&nbsp;out of our Group winning Mare Prussian Vixen. 
Leasing a racehorse is a great way to get involved without paying the expensive, up-front purchase price that would go with a filly of this quality. Throughout the term of the lease (3 years) you will be effectively considered as the Owner, and be required to pay all costs associated with the upkeep of the horse. You pay the Lessor (Original owner) an agreed rent by way of prizemoney earned by the horse (25% of prizemoney, after the jockey and trainer receive their 5% and 10% respectively).

Prussian Vixen is a multiple Group winning mare who is also proving to be a successful broodmare. She has already foaled two winners from two foals. Her second foal, The Benchmark,&nbsp;has been ultra-consistent in his 4 career starts, recording a win in the 2026 Future Stars Heat, a 3rd at Metro level and an eye catching 2nd in his first start in a 2026 Future Stars Heat.
This filly is correct and well balanced and is bred to be fast, precocious and tough, just like her Dam. She&nbsp;has been broken in and is currently at our stables beginning her racing education.

We are very happy to offer you a chance to be apart of the ownership group of this impressive colt who hails from a family filled with black type success. He is an excellent type with correct confirmation and a strong, physical presence. He has been broken in and is currently at our stables beginning his racing education.
We currently have a full sister to this boy in work and have been very impressed with what we have seen to date. She was considered to be one of the best moving fillies of the 2024 crop to be broken in by one of Victoria&rsquo;s leading breakers &ndash; Shaun Nolen. Since she has been at our stables she has validated his opinion and we are looking forward to getting her to a trial in the coming months. He is also half-brother to Midnight Man who has had 3 career starts for a 3rd in the 2026 Future Stars Heat and a 3rd at Metro level. 
Vitruvian Lass was unraced but showed enormous ability as a 2yo. She was correct and a beautiful mover and hails from a very progressive black type family including Stakes winners such as Stokehouse, Malasun and Malaboom. The cross with Kermadec is a proven 20/20 mating with the Teofilo/Reset cross already producing Group success.
Kermadec is a dual G1-winning racehorse and is now a Classic sire. He has sired 4 individual G1 winners, as well as the G2 winning juvenile Trobrian. Kermadec&rsquo;s top-liners include four-time G1 winner Montefilia, G1 Queensland Oaks winner Amokura, G1 VRC Oaks champion Willowy and G1 Toorak Handicap victor Tuvalu.
He has the proven ability to sire good-looking high class racehorses including Horse Of The Year: Lim&rsquo;s Kosciuszko, Group placed Hong Kong performer Running Glory and impressive G2 The Roses winner Scarlet Oak.
